Molly has been with Windsor Toyota since 2005 in Retail sales.
She came from a multi franchised dealership where she had several different roles for nearly 14 years, they include Finance Manager, Administration Manager, Stock Controller and also Fleet Manager. This sort of back ground has benefited her in her current role by giving her an understanding of how the whole purchasing process develops.
Molly's approach to selling cars is definitely not high pressure; it is more important to her that the customers feel comfortable with her and their purchasing decision and hopefully have some fun along the way. Molly was involved with show and dressage horses for many years in the local area but now has given up that hobby for a more relaxed lifestyle of gardening on a house block opposed to 25 acres, and when she's not in her garden she enjoys having a nice glass of wine with friends and family.

I started my career in car sales here in March 2011 as a trainee, and have been moving up through the ranks since then.
